1. Delivery's prices, vat and taxes

 

 A. Worldwide (Except the European Union)

Worldwide shipping by Standard shipping with tracking - 7.5 €.

Orders over 65 € - FREE!

There is also an automatic calculation of express delivery (DHL).

 

No duties and taxes for orders:

Australia - up to 1000 AUD 
United States - up to 700 USD 

 

 

B. European Union

Shipping to the EU by EXPRESS SHIPPING - 12.5 €.

Orders over 65 € - FREE!

There is also an automatic calculation of express delivery (DHL).

 

Turkey is a member of the European Union Customs Union. 

You can pay only VAT directly on the site for a parcel up to 150 €!

We use IOSS system and pay VAT for you. You receive the parcel immediately without delay at customs.

We have disabled the opportunity to place orders over 150 € in the European Union. So that you do not encounter unplanned expenses during customs clearance. 

 

2. Shipping Policy

1. We send the products you have ordered on the same day or next business day.  You can track your shipment via the link or in the chat.

2. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax and custom duties.

3. In order for the product to be delivered without delay, please state the address of your current location as the delivery address. Also, the recipient's name and phone number must be correct. Your ID may be required to receive. If you find any inaccuracies, please contact us via chat or email.

4. Your orders will be sent according to the delivery type you have chosen at the end of the order. Products will be sent with PTT or DHL company of your choice. You can see the approximate delivery times above. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and may vary due to holidays and weekends.

5. All orders will include tracking, which will be emailed once order have been shipped. You need to track orders yourself. In case of delays at customs in your country, please contact the customs office to expedite processing.

6. In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the customer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.
Please, provide correct email and mobile phone number.

7. Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company and contact us. After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
